We chose the place because we had a VIP Box to spend and it was the one we liked the most of the options in the area.
After reading several negative comments about the place, we were a little afraid to see what we would find and the truth is that the place pleasantly surprised us.
Old rural house renovated but maintaining the rustic style, with common spaces such as the dining room, living room, garden area and pool.
Our goal was to spend a long weekend relaxing and disconnecting as a family in a quiet place. Casa rural Úbeda is the right place if this is what you are looking for, it is also a very good place to be with children since it has a large, very beautiful and well-kept outdoor area, and it has a small pool connected to the large pool for children. My 2 year old daughter really enjoyed it, and so did we.
The truth is that the negative opinions surprise me because it was neither dirty nor poorly maintained. It is a rural house, if you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the place for you.
We start by talking about the location, fantastic in a quiet place. Plus, it didn’t cost us anything to find it.
The owners, Karl and Marvin, were charming, they proactively recommended activities to do in the area, places to visit and were very friendly and close to us.
The package included accommodation and breakfast for one night, but we stayed one more night. We thought we wouldn’t have breakfast included, but we were surprised to wake up with breakfast prepared on the dining room table.
Thanks Karl and Marvin for your hospitality, we really enjoyed staying in your house.☺️
